Consultation

Consultation is brief by design for a very specific focus that will benefit from objective input.

Checkup

Checkup is preventative in nature and designed to help avoid or adjust proactively when ongoing counseling is not needed. It is similar to consultation and available only for former clients as personal history and previous relationship are key in effectiveness.
